your bookings stalled.

If this sounds like you

What you get

A 16-page report. Plain English. Ranked by dollar-ROI.

01

12-layer audit

PageSpeed, SSL, security headers, schema, AEO, GA4 attribution, email deliverability, booking flow, mobile UX, accessibility, social proof, ops resilience.

02

5-seat council reasoning

Strategist, CFO, Marketer, Adversary, Customer. Five distinct reasoning passes over your audit — each one arguing from its own seat — before the priority list is set.

03

2×2 + dollar-ROI

Effort vs Impact, plotted. Every recommendation costed in your own ADR / direct-booking share / close rate. Slide 1 tells you which three things to do this week.

Five days. Here's how.

  1. 1

    Day 1 · 30-min intake call

You tell me what's actually happening. ADR / direct-booking share, close rate, current bookings, current spend, current pain. We agree on the question the assessment will answer.

  2. 2

Days 2–4 · The audit runs

Twelve layers swept. The Wellvio Council convenes on the findings. Recommendations costed against your numbers, not industry averages.

  3. 3

    Day 5 · 30-min readout call

We walk through the report together. You leave knowing the three changes that compound — and which one to do tomorrow morning.

Case study · Piraluna TCM Clinic, Koh Samui

From 2 booked sessions a week to 11 — without spending a baht more on ads.

Who they were. Claire — Bachelor's + Master's in TCM from Chengdu University, ten years of clinical practice. Five-star reviews. A Squarespace site she knew looked dated. Two booked sessions a week.

What was broken. The booking flow buried Claire's credentials below the fold. There was no conversion tracking — five weeks of campaigns ran with zero attribution. Email auto-responses never landed because the domain wasn't authenticated. The site loaded in 4 seconds on mobile.

What we built. A new piraluna.com on the studio framework — schema-marked, hreflang for EN/FR/ES/DE, server-side Cal.com webhook with HMAC verification feeding GA4, SPF/DKIM/DMARC fixed in DNS, mobile LCP under 2 seconds, Claire's credentials in the booking-page hero where the customer's hesitation was.

What changed. Bookings went from 2/week to 11/week within 6 weeks. Conversion measurement closed a five-week attribution gap on day one. The same paid budget now produces 4× the booked sessions because we know which ad pays back.

Real client. Real numbers — pulled from the live GA4 + Cal.com booking log and signed off by Claire.

What the assessment surfaces

The twelve layers. Plain English.

Site speed

Lighthouse mobile + desktop, Core Web Vitals, render-blocking everything.

SEO foundation

Title tags, canonicals, hreflang, sitemap, structured data, AI crawlers explicitly allowed.

AEO / AI search

Whether ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity actually surface you for the questions your buyer asks.

Booking flow

Click-count from "I want to book" to "confirmed". Mobile-first, abandonment audit.

Email deliverability

SPF + DKIM + DMARC, mail-tester score, spam-folder reality check.

Analytics & attribution

GA4 server-side, conversion events firing, the "why is this campaign 0?" investigation.

Trust signals

Reviews above the fold, credentials, press, schema-marked aggregate ratings.

Security baseline

SSL Labs A+, securityheaders.com A+, .env hygiene, no exposed credentials.

Mobile UX

Real-device test, tap targets, viewport, font sizes, the moments you lose people.

Accessibility

WCAG AA floor, screen-reader pass, keyboard navigation, contrast.

Ops resilience

Backup cadence, restore tested, security headers, downtime alerting.

Conversion copy

Hero promise, three-second comprehension test, outcome language vs deliverable language.

Built for

Solo service operators

Coaches, therapists, instructors, clinicians, consultants — anyone whose income depends on a calendar that fills (or doesn't). Typical revenue $3K–$15K / month. Site is the bottleneck, not the talent.

Not a fit

Pre-revenue, e-commerce, agencies

If you don't have at least 6 months of bookings or revenue data we can't compute dollar-ROI honestly. If you sell physical inventory at scale, you need a different shop. If you're another agency, just steal the framework — it's documented.

After the assessment

The three changes that compound — built in two weeks.

Most operators book the Build Sprint within a week of receiving the report — because the three changes that compound are already scoped, costed, and ready to execute. Two weeks, fixed price, fixed scope. The $1,000 assessment fee gets credited if you proceed.

Step 1

Assessment

$1,000 · 5 days

Step 2 (optional)

Build

$2,500 · 14 days · fixed scope

Step 3 (optional)

Operate

$300–$500/mo · monitoring + monthly improvements

Five days from now you'll know.

Book the 30-min scoping call. Free, 30 minutes, by the end we've agreed on the one question your assessment needs to answer. If it's a fit, I send the invoice. If not, I'll tell you straight.

$1,000 in. Five days. Three changes that compound, ranked by what pays back first on your own numbers.

Refund guarantee: I surface at least three findings worth more than the $1,000 fee — measured against your own GA4 and booking data — or you get the $1,000 back in full.

Common questions

Why $1,000? Other audits are free or hundreds of dollars.+
Free audits sell the build. We sell the assessment. The price is the filter — it gets us serious operators with real numbers and real questions, and gets you actual reasoning instead of a generic Lighthouse export with an upsell. The report is the deliverable, not the lead magnet.
What do you need from me to start?+
Read access to GA4, Search Console, your booking system, and your email platform — all view-only. The intake call covers the access flow. We never ask for passwords, credit cards, or anything we could use to mutate your live systems.
Will you actually find anything I don't already know?+
On 9 of 10 assessments so far, yes — and the finding has been worth more than the fee in the first 60 days. The other 1 of 10 we refund. The pattern is rarely "your site is bad" — it's usually a measurement gap (you don't know which campaign pays back), an attribution gap (you do know but can't prove it to yourself), or an offer gap (the math at the top of the funnel is wrong).
How is this different from hiring an SEO agency?+
SEO agencies sell ongoing retainers. We sell a one-time deliverable with a refund guarantee. Implement it yourself, hire your developer to do it, hire us to do it — your choice. If we build it for you, the build is also fixed-price.
Who is "we"?+
Currently me — Diego Pauel, Wellvio's founder. Hatched in 2024, ten clients shipped, two AI engineers in training. The Wellvio "council" framing is a real five-seat reasoning process I run on every assessment using Claude as the synthesis layer; it's not a marketing flourish.
What if I'm not in Thailand?+
Most clients aren't. Wellvio operates worldwide; the studio happens to live in Koh Samui. Your timezone, your booking system, your locale.
