Why a Dutch Freediver Builds Booking Engines on a Thai Island

How I got here

I am Diego. I am Dutch, I live on Koh Samui, and I spend a lot of my life underwater. Freediving and breathwork are not a hobby for me, they are how I think and how I reset. I also grew up around hospitality, and my family runs hotels here on the island. So the wellness and hospitality world is not a market I studied. It is the one I come from.

What I kept noticing

Good operators, people who pour everything into a real experience, were quietly losing guests for reasons that had nothing to do with the quality of what they offered. The dive school that no assistant could find. The spa paying a platform for guests who already knew its name. The beautiful resort whose website said nothing a competitor could not also say. The product was excellent. The way people now find and book it was simply never built.

Why one person with AI, not an agency

Agencies are slow and they bill by the hour, which quietly rewards dragging things out. I work as one operator with AI doing the heavy lifting, which means I move fast and I get paid for outcomes, not time. I would rather fix the three things that actually move your bookings than sell you a retainer for activity.

What this means for you

When I look at your business, I look at it as someone from your world, not a stranger selling a service. I know what a good dive trip feels like and what a real wellness experience costs to deliver. The assessment I do is free and specific to you.
