Everything Wellvio does for you.
56 things, plain English.
A breakdown of what's actually included when we run the digital side of your business. Not every business needs every item — the Assessment tells us which ones move the needle for you. All 56 are included in the Monthly Partnership.
01
Getting found
How guests, AI assistants, and search engines find your business when someone goes looking.
- A website that loads on a phone in under 2 seconds, every time — the bar Google uses to decide who ranks first.
- When someone Googles "best dive resort in Koh Samui" or "yoga retreat Ubud with breakfast", your business is on page one.
- When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation, your business shows up in the answer. Most agencies don't even know this matters yet.
- Your Google Business Profile is complete, has fresh photos every month, and answers common questions automatically.
- Consistent details across Google, Apple Maps, TripAdvisor, and the big booking sites — same address, hours, phone, everywhere.
- When someone shares your link on WhatsApp, Facebook, iMessage, or Slack, the preview looks pro: title, image, description.
- A page on your site written specifically for AI search engines (most sites don't have one — yours will).
02
Looking trustworthy
What a guest decides about you in the first three seconds on your site.
- A green padlock that's the highest grade possible — most sites pass; you'll be in the top tier.
- Privacy policy, terms, and refund policy — not generic templates, written for your actual business.
- A cookie consent banner that's legal in Europe, the US, and the UK — and that doesn't block guests from booking.
- Real photos and real reviews above the fold — within 3 seconds a guest knows they can trust you.
- The site works for guests using a screen reader, keyboard, or older phone — that's both decent and legal in many places.
- Star ratings, certifications, and press mentions visible without scrolling.
- A custom 404 page that fits your brand — not the default "page not found" guests bounce off.
03
Bookings & money
Turning interest into paid bookings, with as little friction and as little commission as possible.
- A booking page on your own site that works as well as Booking.com — without the 15–25% commission.
- Payments via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (in Thailand) PromptPay — whatever your guest already has on their phone.
- Booking confirmation emails go out immediately, in your tone, with your branding — not a generic Stripe receipt.
- Abandoned booking recovery: if a guest got to the payment page and left, an email brings them back the same day.
- Refunds, deposits, partial payments, and group bookings — all handled, no spreadsheets.
- Multiple currencies and multiple languages where it matters — not just English-USD.
- A monthly export combining Stripe + Booking.com + Agoda + cash so your bookkeeper has everything in one place.
04
After the visit
The two weeks after a guest leaves is where most operators lose the relationship. We don't.
- A review request goes out 24 hours after checkout, in the guest's language, with one-click links to Google + TripAdvisor + the booking site they came from.
- A thank-you email a week later — the kind that gets opened — with a small reason to come back.
- Guests who didn't review get a gentle nudge two weeks later. After that, we leave them alone.
- Negative review? You get a Telegram or WhatsApp alert within an hour, with a draft reply ready to approve.
- Repeat-guest recognition: returning bookings get a different welcome email, room note, or upgrade offer.
- A monthly newsletter to past guests — written for them, not a generic blast.
- A "refer a friend" mechanic that actually works — most don't.
05
Reaching new guests
Owned channels (your email list, your content) and paid channels (ads), working together.
- An email list that grows automatically every month from your booking flow — no separate signup form needed.
- Welcome sequence for new subscribers: 3 emails over 10 days that warm them up before pitching anything.
- Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) targeted at people who looked at your site but didn't book.
- A blog or content engine that gets you found for the questions guests Google before they book.
- Social posts written from your actual recent reviews and recent guests — not generic stock content.
- A monthly "saves vs views" content audit — we measure which posts your potential guests SAVE (the real intent signal), not just which ones get likes.
- A monthly Reddit, Substack, or community presence where your target guests already hang out.
06
Knowing what's working
The reporting layer that turns guesses into decisions.
- Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Hotjar (or equivalent) all wired up correctly — most agencies wire them wrong.
- A monthly written report you'll actually read — what changed, what worked, what didn't, what we're trying next.
- A daily WhatsApp summary every morning: yesterday's bookings, leads, reviews, and any problems detected.
- See exactly which Instagram post or Google search brought each booking — not aggregate guesses.
- A/B tests on the highest-traffic page every quarter — small wins compound.
- Heatmaps and recordings of real guests using your site, so we can see exactly where they get stuck.
- Quarterly deep-dive PDF — what the next 3 months should focus on, with numbers attached.
07
Always-on operations
The unglamorous stuff that keeps a digital business running while you sleep.
- Reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and the booking sites answered in your tone, within hours, every day — not "next week".
- OTA rate-parity check daily: if Booking.com is undercutting your direct rate, we know within hours and fix it.
- Uptime monitoring: if your site goes down at 2am, we know about it, and it's back up by 6.
- Daily off-site backups (not just whatever your hosting company does). Restore tested every quarter.
- Security patches applied within 48 hours of release, not "when we get to it".
- Email deliverability monitoring — your booking confirmations arrive in inboxes, not spam folders.
- A documented runbook so if something happens to me, the next person can pick up where I left off.
08
AI working for you
The reason a one-person studio can do the work of a team. This is the differentiator.
- An AI assistant trained on YOUR business that answers guest emails, drafts responses, and handles FAQ traffic before it ever hits your inbox.
- Automated triage: every incoming enquiry is sorted, summarised, and given a priority score before you see it.
- Automated content generation for posts, blogs, and emails — in your voice, signed off by you, never auto-published without approval.
- Automated review answering with a draft reply ready every morning — you approve in one tap.
- AI-generated product photos, hero images, and brand assets when you need fresh content fast.
- A 24/7 chat assistant on your site that books, answers, and qualifies — and knows when to hand over to a human.
- AI-powered dynamic pricing: suggested rates for your direct site based on demand, booking-site rates, and seasonality — review and approve weekly.
How this all fits together
Three transparent tiers. Prices on the page.
The $1,000 Assessment tells us which of these 56 items are already in place, which ones are missing, and which ones would make you the most money first.
The Monthly Partnership (from $500/month) is us actually running them — paid for outcomes, not hours.
The Build Sprint (from $5,000) is when we need to build something new (a booking system, a custom AI tool) — included inside the Partnership at one quoted price, no surprises.
You don't get all 56 from day one. You get the ones the Assessment says will move the needle. New ones get added as your business grows.
What's not on this list: we don't do crypto, NFTs, generic blog spam, fake review generation, "10x growth hacks", or anything that compromises trust. If your last agency promised those, that's why it didn't go well.
We're a small studio. We can't take more than 12 Monthly Partnerships at once. When the calendar is full, we'll tell you and there'll be a waiting list.
